Good to know
Drop-off and pickup
Drop off anytime from 5 to 6 PM. The event ends at 9 PM, and pickup is right at 9. A parking lot team will be directing cars when you arrive.
Who comes
Students in grades 6–12. Most come with their church youth group, but students are welcome to come with friends or on their own.
Registration
Every student registers on Eventbrite, even if they’re coming with a youth group. Registration is free.
Food and merch
Concessions and merch are available, and both are cashless (card only). Nothing is required to buy.
Who runs it
Colorado Springs Area Youth Ministries, with youth ministries from churches across the Front Range. Last year more than 100 churches and 200 volunteers made the night happen.
Volunteers
Volunteers on the Invitation Team are background checked through their home church. No volunteer is ever alone with a student.
